Olaf Kneer AADipl RIBA
Olaf trained at University of Dortmund and the Architectural Association. He worked with Ian Ritchie and Llewelyn-Davies before founding Mueller Kneer Associates in London in 1997 with Marianne Mueller.
Olaf is a member of the Newham Design Review Panel which evaluates and provides independent and professional design advice on key developments in the Borough, incluidng the construction of 50,000 new homes 25 major regeneration projects. Olaf taught the MArch Urban Design course together with Colin Fournier at the UCL Bartlett from 2005 to 2007.
The practice focuses on buildings for the arts and communities. It has been widely published and won a number of awards including the AJ Corus '40 under 40' identifying the UK's most promising young architects.
He is Unit Master of Intermediate Unit 1 at the Architectural Association School of Architecture and Programme Director of AA Berlin Laboratory, which is part of the AA global visiting schools.
